After creating your 3D iGuide Tour, we will continue hosting it for one year.

After the iGuide 3D Tour is finished, we will use the measurements taken during the tour to create floor plans with a 99% degree of accuracy. You will receive an email from Iguide with the links to download the floor plans.

Yes – we create the floor plans with the measurements from the iGuide 3D camera, so floor plans must be ordered as an add-on to a  iGuide 3D Tour.

These are two names for the same thing. Our 3D Tours are captured using the market-leading iGuide technology.

After your shoot is complete and your photos have been edited, you’ll be able to access the images from the shoot through your Dropbox account.

Unfortunately, no. Our scheduling system requires that each property be booked separately. This allows us to properly account for availability in our photographers.

Our business days are from Monday to Friday, however in some special cases we make a custom budget for emergencies on weekends.

All photos and 3D Tours will be available by 6 PM on the first business day following the shoot. However, if you require an expedited delivery, there is an option for Rush Delivery for an additional fee of $50, which will guarantee receipt by noon on the next business day.

All of our photos and videos are delivered to your personalized Dropbox account.

Your photos will be accessible in your dedicated dropbox account before 6 PM on the first business day following the photography session.

You do not have to be present at the shoot, but we would appreciate the opportunity to meet you and witness our dedication to every project.

Our photos are guaranteed to be delivered to you by 6pm the following business day. For example, if your photos were taken on Thursday, you can expect them to arrive by 6pm on Friday. If they were captured on Friday, they will be delivered by 6pm on the following Monday. For those needing a quicker turnaround, we offer a Rush Delivery option for an additional $50, which will ensure that your photos are delivered by noon the next business day.

You will receive a finished, edited showcasing video of between 60-240 seconds in length, complete with attractive thumbnail images, and text, royalty free music. You can also choose different add-ons such as narration, voice off, drone footage and more to complement your videos.

Our video content at Realtyflow, including drone videos and showcasing videos, will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

Each video is 60-90 seconds long.
